Stunning views from the rooftop bar.
I was disheartened by the numerous stairs to navigate with my luggage. Arriving by bus, I had to climb down 200 stairs to reach the hotel, and I found it quite exhausting, especially since I had tweaked my knee during my travels. The lack of assistance and the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to relax and enjoy my stay.

Casa Albertina radiates charm with its well-kept decor and stunning sea views, making every corner feel inviting. The comfortable common areas provided a lovely space to relax, allowing me to enjoy my stay to the fullest.
More accessible seating in common areas would help.

will definitely go again next time
The room had a balcony with an amazing view of Positano's coast and colorful houses. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was equipped with a bathrobe, bidet, and free toiletries. Staff was super friendly, helping us with the luggage. Breakfast was served on a terrace and included fresh pastries and local juices. The massages were also a big highlight.

Breathtaking views from the balcony were a true highlight, complemented by delicious breakfast options, including an excellent cappuccino and homemade desserts. The staff was exceptionally friendly, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. However, an unpleasant encounter occurred when a bellhop restricted access to the rooftop terrace, causing embarrassment, which dampened the experience. In addition, a misunderstanding about guest access left a lingering sense of discomfort.

The location was fantastic, just a

Breathtaking views and excellent service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, where the views were absolutely stunning—truly postcard-perfect! The breakfast was a delightful experience each morning, featuring fresh local ingredients served on a beautiful terrace with an amazing view. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The only downside was the numerous stairs to access the hotel, which could be physically challenging after a long day exploring Positano.

We had the best time with friends! The views from our balcony were stunning, and we enjoyed amazing breakfasts outside. The staff helped us plan our days, from exploring the Path of the Gods to organizing a beach day. It’s a short walk to great restaurants, and the location is perfect for activities. Definitely felt like a home away from home.
While everything was great, the walk to the entrance can be a bit challenging with all the steps, especially after a long day out. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes!

A Dreamy Escape with Breathtaking Views

Incredible views of the sea from the balconies, even visible from the bathrooms. The rooftop bar offers an excellent spot for evening cocktails, and breakfast on the terrace is a delightful way to start the day, featuring impressive views and a satisfying selection.
The lack of street access means a workout—those 75 steps can be brutal, especially dragging luggage. Shower doors don’t quite contain the water, leading to wet floors, but that seemed pretty common in such a historic building. Beds and pillows are on the firm side, which isn't unusual for Italy, but it didn't quite align with the hotel's pricier rate. Overall, it feels a bit overpriced for the offerings, especially compared to what you could find in less touristy cities.
